Angelic Harp

This one is SO beautiful 🥹🥹🥹!!

Want to hear about a time when we could’ve won “Bad Parents of the Year” awards, lol?! Ok, here goes: Our oldest daughter was taking piano lessons, and we could tell she really had a knack for music. So when she was 6 or 7, we told her that when she could play all the songs from a certain song book (it had over 300 songs in it), we would get her a harp. Now mind you, we thought this would happen when she was 17ish because there were some HARD songs in there. She checked all the songs off when she was 10ish 😅 By this time we had 6 kids, and just didn’t have the space for a harp, not to mention the budget, lol. So we offered her this, “Hey 😅, instead of a harp, how about an American Girls Doll 😅?!” She graciously accepted 😅😂 You’ll be happy to know that after she moved out, she did get a harp, but rented it first to see if she’d like playing it. She did like it, but eventually turned it back in, so maybe it’s a good thing we didn’t flip our lives upside down and take out a second mortgage on the house, to keep our commitment, lol?! And as far as I know she hasn’t held it against us 😂 But ya, definitely not one of our prouder parenting moments 😂
