Arugula

Why arugula?! I HAVE NO IDEA 😂!! Just kidding, I do, lol. A few months ago, my cutie daughter Morgan had a party at her house. Along with a TON of candy (candy is her favorite thing in the world, lol), she served an arugula salad. I’m a really picky eater, so I was tentative at first 😅, but it was DELICIOUS 😋!! Here are the salad’s simple ingredients: Arugula, fresh lemon, olive oil and flaky salt. Mix together, and voila!! A yummy healthy salad!! (Don’t mix the ingredients until you’re ready to eat it cuz it gets soggy fast).
